AppBar is a very simple, featureless, always ontop, win32 gui application task bar at the top of your screen, that you can click on to switch between applications which doesn't show the currently active application, written in C using VS6 sp5 on W2K.

It was written to use with a very stripped down version of the LiteStep desktop, to produce a very restricted user environment for touch screen based systems in dedicated use environments. AppBar also works well with explorer in normal use environments.

I wrote it from scratch because I couldn't find anything out there like it. I thought I'd put it up so that others could use it. If it does the job for you, great. If not, that's just fine too.
